Thanks for supplying this information. As you can see from the correspondence on my website www.pipextelecommunications.com I have been seeking the bandwidth allowance information for eight months. It has taken all of this time spent on complaining via countless 50p per min phone calls for alleged support (and the money spent on purchasing extra bandwidth) to get to the stage of obtaining an answer and an acknowledgement that there was a fault involved.

Nonetheless I am grateful to you for investigating and responding.

Although it appears that I have spent money on bandwidth which apparently was not required, money has never been by main concern. I simply wanted a functioning reliable blog site.

We will see what happens this month.
