The website became operational again on 1st July.
This repeats what happened in May. The site was down for over a week, we purchased extra amounts of bandwidth (in June 5GB) but did not have an opportunity to use any other it because the site remained down due to the bandwidth being exceeded.
As in May, we could not find out from your crazy company how much bandwidth came with the blog package we are on - in other words what is the bandwidth allowance? We still have no response despite the promise of the support supervisor, Colin Harrison, to find out and let us know the answer.
Once again no refund of the amounts spent on extra bandwidth which have self evidently not been used.
In all of my 89 years, I have never had the misfortune before to come across such a useless hopeless company. Strangely, the basic blog design is good and has many admirable features.
I still await a proper response to my faxed letters.
