I at long last managed to speak to you this morning when you happened to answer my call to your support line. Your colleagues had previously promised some weeks ago that you would call me, but this never happened.
You were unable to tell me what bandwidth allowance comes with the 123-Reg.co.uk Blog “Plus” package which I believe we are on. From the information on your website the allowance appears to be 3GB. We have purchased 4GB (1 x 1GB) at a cost of an extra £12 (this including another 1GB purchased this morning). If my guess is correct, than we have a total of 7GB purchased for June and the blog should be working as the bandwidth indicator shows usage of just over 5GB.
You have promised to email Tucows to find out for certain what the allowance is and notify me by email of their response.
I see that we were charged an £8.99 Blogs Reactivation fee on 16 June. We also paid over £30 in 50p per minute phone charges for your support line last month trying to find out what the bandwidth limit is on the package we are being charged for. If anyone could have given us this information when we first called on the matter, none of the additional charges would have arisen. It is astonishing that you do not know something which is of fundamental importance to the product you are supplying and on which its continuous operation depends – the bandwidth allowance.
I have to say that your service is an absolute disgrace.
If you dispute anything stated herein please clarify the relevant points when and if you send the promised email.
