I tried to telephone the 123-Reg.co.uk support line at 11.16am this morning. I got the pre-recorded announcement. The phone rang for over two minutes before another automatic message came on the line to say that the call would not be answered.

 

Under the circumstances I would like to know when the 50p per minute charge starts. Is it when the call is first answered with the pre-recorded message, or when a live human being answers? If it is the latter, then once again I would have been charged at least £1 without getting through to a live human being (and this is during what are supposed to be the reduced hours when the support line is manned). 

 

I apologise for yet another fax, but your 123.Reg.co.uk service seems to be a complete and utter shambles in dire need of intervention by management.
