Later today, it will be 7 whole days since our website went down with the bandwidth overload notice.

 

I was informed by 123-Reg.co.uk that your engineers would be working over the holiday weekend. The site is still down.

 

I purchased two lots of extra bandwidth but the site will not be up in time to use it.

 

I have spent a small fortune on your 50p per minute so called “support” service. I note that you have also changed the closing announcement which plays when someone telephones outside of the claimed support hours. It now activates after a few rings instead of letting people wait for two or more minutes while paying 50p per minute for nothing. I will be inspecting my telephone bill very closely and checking it against calls made as I suspect that charges were made under false pretences. This also applies in the hours when the support service was advertised as being manned. Paid calls went unanswered.

 

Are you aware of the consequences of a website being out of service for 7 days? We are losing all of the search engine links which took a long time to build.

 

When is somebody going to take an interest in the appalling shambles at 123-Reg.co.uk?
