UPDATE
I have now succeeded in getting through to the support telephone number. The problem is apparently still with the “Development Team”. The person who answered cannot tell me how much bandwidth allowance comes with the site. Apparently I should be able to speak to a supervisor, Colin Harrison, after 1pm. This is what I will try to do.
