FURTHER UPDATE
Tried to speak to Colin Harrison at 1.15pm but he was on another call. Someone took my name and phone number and said that Mr Harrison would call me back. I heard nothing from him so I phoned again just after 3pm. He had left the office. I again received a promise that he would call me when he returns. On past performance I am not holding my breath.
I was given a phone number for Pipex (0845 0772537) and I spoke to a couple of gentleman. Basically I was informed that I am wasting my time by trying to chase the matter and that I should not bother to try to contact you.
As you can see, I am not easily put off. I simply want to do all I can to try to have my website up and running today in the knowledge that otherwise, it will be down for the entire weekend. I am losing thousands of visitors every day at great damage to the reputation of the free service which I was providing.
Reg-123.co.uk has let me down very badly.
