The blog packages does not seem to be meeting your expectations or requirements. The blog package we offer is directly aimed at the home/casual user and the amount of traffic that your site is receiving is pushing the limits of the package.

However due to a system error the bandwidth renewals that you made didn't appear to go onto your account, I can either issue a full refund, or add the bandwidth onto your account for this month, then the system error should be resolved by the next time that you require a bandwidth top-up.
