Hi Alfred

My experience with pipex is not as bad as yours BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a broadband account via the company I worked for, paid by  my company. The company in May 2006 went bankrupt. I rang Pipex told them what had happened as did the recievers. The company paid accounts for a further month and then as agreed my service ended.

Guess what, 5 months later I get a letter saying I have an out standing account from June 2006. They have never had any payment details from me, all details etc were from the company I worked for. 4 calls to the customer services and still can't sort it out. They think I owe £300 when I go through the details they realise I have not had broadband since May 2006 say its going to be sorted and they will email me back when its done.

I hear nothing, ring them, and start from scratch again. They wonder why I get annoyed on the phone. 2 more of my friends have the same problem, always to do with billing.

Thought it might interest you to know there are many of us who think they are a bunch of tossers.
