Hi,

I chased this issue up with the engineers and they have located the issue with bandwidth not taking affect and have advised they have resolved the issue.

Here are your stat's for your package this month:

Disk usage allowed:      2000.0MB
Disk usage actual:       2.1MB  (0%)
Bandwidth allowed:       5220.0MB
Bandwidth actual:        659.1MB  (12%)

It does say 5.2GB of Bandwidth per a month, but it is usually 5GB a month.
