I last sent you an email on 17 August.
I did not receive a reply. A few days later the site became operational again. To try to prevent it going down again due to the bandwidth allowance problem, I purchased another 1 GB of extra bandwidth today, making 9 GB purchased in all this month for use in this month. Despite this prudent action on my part, the site was still down for a number of days, thus once again losing visitors. The bandwidth cost is also way over the top.
In other words I am paying a premium for an unreliable constantly interrupted service.
Why is PIPEX wasting money employing David Hasselhoff at a time when your service to clients is, in my experience, hopeless, expensive and overall completely unacceptable?
This criticism is directed at Pipex, not at you personally.
