I feel sorry for Toucan to be bought by an incompetent organisation Pipex - i have waste so much money since 8a, this morning and was not able to call since the weekend when they have taken all my money paid via dd always updated never late one day!!!!! they barred my line without my consent - this PIPEX system sucks!!!!!!!
 
Please ensure the content of this email is on your website - i hope it is FOC
 
I am taking legal actions against Pipex shortly and would leave them soon too.  They couldn't be BOTHER to comeback to me

  1. 60+ emails sent to pipex customer care dept with no replies - and pipex actually called this as customer care dept!?
  2. spoken to 8 personnels on Sun 15 when the prob arose - they were useless and incompetent - pipex owner mike read should close his business or employ new staffs
  3. spoken to 24 pipex personnels on Mon 16 from 8am till 3.30pm people varied from india,phillipine,uk  offices - all were useless either they do not how to serve a basic customer enquiry, or they have not been trained properly, they passed me on to different irrelevant offices eventhough basic clear questions have been raised ** they were all useless and incompetent - pipex owner mike read should close his business or employ new staffs
  4. mr manoj nair rang me 19:00HR from technical dept on mon 16/3 evening and said technical dept is going to call me on tue MORNING - no one called, and that the complaints dept in manila can NOT call me back because there are no out calls facility - HOW ASHAMED IS THIS!!!!!?????? I asked him what about emails, text to my mobile 07870 667549!!!???  he said he does not know!!!??  how again shameful is this????  the phone then works for less than 2hours! on mon 16/3 PM
  5. mrs shital (refused to provide me her surname!) from faults dept rang me and said that she would arrange for BT engineer to call out at £85 to me if this is my fault!  I asked her - what has pipex done for me since sun 15 to prove it to me that why my phone has been barred, because i have not paid the bill (though all were up-to-date!), why the phone worked less than 2hrs on mon 16/3 MORNING, why can't mr mike read (a very very stubburn CEO of pipex) reply to my 60+emails, my mobile, text messages, why can't pipex customer care dept call me when you can!????  she said she has not got a clue! but she would like to regain TRUST with me and pipex - how naive and how childish is this!!!????  but now she wants to make more money out of me this time!!!!  how shameful is mike read having such an employee or employeSSSSSSSS???? or is he useless like this too??????  then she said a manager is call me back in 15mins - 15mins arrived, NO ONE CALLED - what a service indeed!!!!!  the phone then works again last night!!!????
  6. WHY WHY WHY WHY do i have to go through this like HELL in this day and age???????????   I would make sure all this would be presented in court against Pipex like alfred in america  (alfred@shellnews.net) (alfred - am i right? and would you back me up too!?)
