Dear Taj
This letter is to record in writing the conversation I had with you yesterday, Monday 14 August. I explained the history of our bandwidth allowance problems and the fact that we have never managed to find out, despite asking by phone, email and fax on countless occasions, what the bandwidth allowance is on our blog package.
You informed me that it is 2 GB per month for the Blog Plus package. This does not explain what happened last month when we purchased 5 GB extra but the site still went down with the same problem when the bandwidth allowance indicator registered just over 5 GB.
Nonetheless you are the first person to indicate what the bandwidth allowance is. You said this would be confirmed by email. No such email has been received yet but you did mention that your supervisor would be away for one day. Perhaps this is the reason for the delay.
I mentioned my pipexcommunicationsplc.com website and the correspondence file published on it. You checked out the website during our conversation.
I have already purchased 6 extra GB since we spoke and will purchase more tomorrow - Wednesday. However, my guess based on past performance, is that the usual bandwidth allowance exceeded message will still appear when the indicator goes over 5 GB, but I sincerely hope I am proved wrong.
Yours sincerely
Alfred Donovan
