Dear Mr Read
The above website went down on Saturday 16 September 2006 with the usual message: “ERROR: This blog is on hold because its bandwidth has been exceeded. Please contact your blog provider.”
I faxed a letter to you on 18 September drawing the situation to your attention. As normal, there has been no response from you or anyone else at Pipex or 123-Reg.co.uk.
Up to today’s date, we have already purchased 8 extra GB in September.
As of 8pm this evening the bandwidth indicator shows: 5685.3MB.
Consequently the site should be operational.
Can someone please explain why the website is still displaying the above notice?
Can someone explain why no one takes any notice of these faxed letters?
Can anyone explain why is Pipex is spending millions on a TV campaign when you treat clients so appallingly?
This letter is being added to the correspondence file on www.pipextelecommunicationsplc.com
Yours sincerely
Alfred Donovan
