The site was restored on Thursday 21 September, 5 days after it was cut off on the erroneous grounds that the bandwidth had been exceeded.
When are you going to indicate in writing what the bandwidth allowance actually is? When are you going to stop the site being cut off every month? When are you going to refund monies paid for services that you have not supplied?
