The above website has been down again for over a week with the usual message: “ERROR: This blog is on hold because its bandwidth has been exceeded. Please contact your blog provider.”
This is despite the fact that we have already purchased 6 extra GB in December 2006 as follows: -

Since the bandwidth Transfer Usage indicator only indicates 5454.5MB as of today, we have not even used the extra bandwidth purchased, let alone the monthly allowance which comes with the Blog Plus package which we are paying. Yet the site is down again despite the fact that we are paying for it and the extra bandwidth. When is someone at your grossly incompetent cowboy outfit going to deal with this nonsense?
