Dear Mr Read
RE: 123-Reg.co.uk: www.tellshell.net
The site is still down. Still no answers received to my questions.
Earlier this evening (UK time), I visited the control panel for the above blog trying to see if I could workout what bandwidth allowance we are on. I also purchased another 1GB of additional bandwidth making 3GB in total additional bandwidth purchased thus far this month without being able to use it because the blog has been suspended ever since I purchased the first extra GB.
After purchasing the extra 1 GB this evening, I continued looking at every option trying to find a definitive answer to my question: what is the bandwidth allowance for the blog package we are on?
I eventually checked the cancel blog page to see what information was printed on it. I was careful not to select the cancel blog link on the page. Instead I selected the return to control panel link. Within a couple of minutes I received what was obviously a computer generated response saying that the blog had been cancelled. I replied immediately saying what had happened. I returned to the cancel blog page again. I did not select either link on the page but instead used the back button on my browser. Again, within minutes, I received an auto generated email confirming cancellation of the blog. I replied immediately saying what had happened.
I am spending an incredible amount of my time trying to keep the blog operational in the face of all of the difficulties set out in my faxes and emails, including the astonishing lack of support from your firm.
I repeat the simple questions which remain unanswered.
What is the bandwidth allowance for a 123-Reg standard blog?
What is it for a “plus package” blog (the package I believe we are on?)
When is a supervisor going to call me? I have been waiting for the call over three weeks despite repeated promises that I will be called.
It is not a question of someone moving the goalposts. We cannot even find out from 123-Reg.co.uk where the goalposts are???
Yours sincerely
Alfred Donovan
PS. Mr Read: I am going to put a file together of all of the written communications sent to you at 123-Reg.co.uk. I will then mail it all to you by registered post just in case my faxes have not been getting through to you. I cannot believe that you are completely ignoring serious complaints about the lack of support given to us, as currently appears to be the case.
