RE: www.tellshell.net

Dear Mr Read

As previously notified to you by fax on countless occasions, we have been experiencing bandwidth problems. We upgraded to a “Blog Plus” package but it made no difference.  We still get cut off for the last week of each month.

We have never been able to find out what the bandwidth allowance is despite asking repeatedly by fax, email and phone.

To try to avoid the problem this month we had already purchased and paid for FIVE EXTRA GB i.e. 5 x £3. This made no difference whatsoever. The usual bandwidth exceeded notice appeared on the site on Wednesday 26 July.

We had already set up an alternative site www.royaldutchshellplc.com via BlueHost.com. The basic cost is about the same as yours but it comes with 40GB of bandwidth. Because it has been running consistently, the traffic has climbed to 1.5 million hits per month.

I will now give up on the 124-Reg site because your company is the most useless I have ever encountered in five decades of my business career.

I wasted some more money phoning your 50p per minute useless 123-Reg support service. I did get an email response but it had nothing to do with the bandwidth problem. Basically it was suggested that the site was down because photographs had been posted on the blog but in fact none whatsoever were posted on the day in question.

We will leave the site running so that existing links work and cancel the blog when it suits us. I have no doubt that it will be up working again on 1st August with a fresh unknown bandwidth allowance.

Your firm is a complete disgrace to Britain and I will go out of my way to focus attention on your con artist activities. I have updated www.pipexcommunicationsplc.com accordingly.

Yours sincerely

Alfred Donovan
